Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is typically between 2–28 business days, depending on the product and shipping destination.
Please note that some items may arrive sooner while others may take longer due to varying supplier and shipping conditions.
Split Shipments
We work with multiple fulfillment partners. As a result, items ordered together may ship separately and arrive in different packages.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear in the system.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high demand periods.
We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
